Answers to some of the common questions related to FSN:
FSN enrollment is available for the following families:
- Parents or caregivers must reside in Franklin County to be eligible for services.
- Caregiver must be responsible for a child under the age of 18, or age 21 for some development disabilities.
- Family cannot be currently engaged with an open, active case with Children Services, unless it is a Kinship placement, or if there has been a substantiated case against the caregiver.
Parents work with a family coach to decide when, where, and how often they want to meet and what
they want to do during their meetings. Family coaches will empower families to achieve their goals, support them in their needs, and help build strengths. Families can choose to stop services at any time.
FSN is funded by the Ohio Children’s Trust Fund. You can read more about OCTF’s Family Success Network programs here: https://octf.ohio.gov/what-we-do/family-success-network/about-fsn
